Katie thoroughly enjoys meeting with her clients to focus on their holistic well-being in an empathetic and non-judgmental setting. She is a believer in meeting her clients where they are at and setting small weekly goals that lead to a healthy relationship between food, mind, and body. Katie has experience working with Intuitive Eating, HAES, chronic dieters, folks with anorexia, bulimia, ARFID, binge eating disorder, depression, anxiety, diabetes (including gestational), and cardiac conditions.
